Re : "Invent" part one

To reinvent has been defined as;

 1. To replace (a product, etc.) with an entirely new version
2. To duplicate (something that already exists) in what is therefore a wasted effort (esp in the phrase reinvent the wheel)

I think at some point in our lives we have  tried to do one of the above or both just at different times in our lives. Sometimes all at once. Misinterpretation I guess kind of like when we use a word that has same pronunciation but different spelling and meaning all together....
back to reinventing,  I think the first definition of coming up with something completely new, I pictured a demolition machine the bulldozer gives me the chills, is that not a bit too extreme? Yes, maybe a makeover is needed little paint, change the door hinges so no noises when people enter and leave. Redo windows something a bit modern replace the broken or cracked so get a better view in an out..... TO BE CONTINUED
