The H in Harare is
for hustlers
I took a walk to the shops lovely sunny day. Just as I got to
complex besides the normal airtime ,tomato vendors there was a car CVR
with boot open a man was engaging everyone who passed by to come see his merchandise
“socks" I politely declined and proceeded to my destination .. while
looking thru the aisle a man passed me , seemed to be talking to himself then
he told me the pie needs to be eaten at a car wash because they mess the
car....I tried to explain flaky pastry didn't get it . . Anyway bumped into him
again and he told me he sold tracksuits custom made well made from
scratch. .got back home bumped into a lady walking down the stairs..She
greeted me and I thought maybe she stays here, as our paths crossed she told me
she was selling chickens.....
Is this our mental state ...go out and hunt or die...we live in
an environment where your job might not be enough to maintain your life or just
survive.....the concrete jungle as Bob
Marley "No chains
around my feet But I'm not free I know I am bounded in captivity"
Wonder what people are working to get I see so many people have
trolleys full of alcohol or meat ...do they ever think let's save this money
and go for a holiday.... saving does take time some live for the now.
..... We need to open our minds and see what is outside our comfort zone.
See the country be that person with the story of "when I went to...."
"darkness has covered my light, and has changed my day into night, where is the love to be found?"
